Total Cost of Procedure
One of the most common inquiries we receive at HR Plastic Surgery is with regards to cost. The cost is dependent on your specific procedure, its complexity and a range of other factors; however, to help with budgeting and affordability, the below indicators will give you an idea of the costs associated with your considered procedure.
The total cost of the procedure is comprised of a surgical fee, anaesthetic fee, theatre and hospital stay, assistant’s fee, and implants/devices.
Surgical
Fee
Includes the surgeons fee as well as the initial post-operative follow-up appointment. In the unlikely event of an emergency situation or complications, the additional surgical services required are often included.
Anaesthetist
Fee
Anaesthetists’ services and expenses are in addition to the surgical fee.
Theatre and
Hospital Stay
Includes theatre time, staff, hospital stay and equipment such as implants and garments. The charge for your stay will depend on how many nights you are required to stay (some procedures only require you to remain at the hospital for the day).
